This session will connect ARCO’s goal of creating Raving Fans with the five customer-experience principles from Fans First: Eliminate Friction, Entertain Always, Experiment Constantly, Engage Deeply, and Empower Action. Supers will discuss how these themes apply to their daily interactions with owners, subcontractors, teammates, and other project partners. Through real-world examples and group discussion, participants will identify practical ways to improve the project experience and create more Raving Fans.
